2. YOUR HOLIDAY BOOKING

A booking will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. This booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions. By making a booking, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions.

3. PAYING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

Prices shown in our brochures or online are for guidance only and subject to change. The exact price of your holiday will be confirmed before your booking is finalized.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is required at the time of booking. Additional deposits may apply for weddings, cruises, or group bookings.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 weeks before departure. For late bookings made within 10 weeks of departure, full payment is required immediately.

Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation, with deposits retained.

4. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY

booking or your travel agent. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • More than 70 days prior to departure: Deposit only
  • 70–57 days: 30% of holiday cost (or deposit, if greater)
  • 56–29 days: 50% of holiday cost (or deposit, if greater)
  • 28–15 days: 70% of holiday cost (or deposit, if greater)
  • 14–8 days: 90% of holiday cost (or deposit, if greater)
  • 7 days or less: 100% of holiday cost

If your cancellation is covered under your travel insurance policy, you may reclaim these charges.

5. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

If you wish to change your travel arrangements after booking, we will try to accommodate your request. All change requests must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking.

  • Change Fee: £25 per person, plus any additional costs incurred.
  • Restrictions: Some travel arrangements may not be changeable, and cancellation charges may apply.

You may transfer your booking to another person who meets the booking conditions by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before departure.

6. IF WE CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

If we cancel or significantly change your booking, we will offer the following options:

  • A refund of all monies paid.
  • An alternative holiday of comparable standard (with a refund for any price difference if applicable).

Compensation may also be offered, except in cases of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

7. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

We are responsible for ensuring the travel services included in your package are provided as agreed. If there are failures in service that impact your holiday enjoyment, you may be entitled to compensation, except in cases caused by:

  • Your actions or the actions of your party.
  • Unforeseeable third-party actions.
  • Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Our liability is limited to two times the cost of your travel arrangements, except in cases involving death, injury, or illness.

8. PROTECTING YOUR MONEY

We provide full financial protection for your holiday.

9. ABTA

We are members of ABTA, membership number [insert ABTA number], ensuring high standards of service and providing access to ABTA’s dispute resolution schemes.

10. COMPLAINTS

If you encounter issues during your holiday, notify your resort representative or the relevant supplier immediately. If unresolved, contact us within 28 days of your return at info@netratravel.co.uk, providing your booking reference and details.

11. ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE

If you face difficulties during your holiday, we will assist with:

  • Information on health services, local authorities, or consular support.
  • Arrangements for alternative travel or accommodation.

Costs incurred due to personal fault must be covered by you.

12. PASSPORT, VISA & IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with passport, visa, and immigration requirements. We are not liable for travel disruptions caused by non-compliance.

13. EXCURSIONS

Excursions booked independently are not part of your package holiday with us. Responsibility for such activities lies with the provider.

14. DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information is protected under GDPR. It will be shared only as necessary for your travel arrangements or to comply with legal requirements. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
